Freestanding and self-supporting 16' X 10' when fully extended.  Strong, stable pedestal feet let you put the SunSetter on grass, gravel, stone, wood or any flat surface.  Superb quality that can be left outdoors all year long.  Just retract when not in use.  The strong aluminum frame with baked-on bronze enamel finish won't rust or corrode.  This SunSetter is a manual version that operates with a hand crank (included) in less than a minute.  A protective cover for the awning is included.  The picture in the listing is not the actual item.  The color of the fabric is dark linen or nutmeg.

This SunSetter is in excellent condition and has only been used 5 times.  Original price was over $1500.

But the new V60 is a rather slinky, sporty thing, far removed from the box-plus-box-equals-box machines of the wagon's Stateside heyday. The Cadillac CTS-V Coupe will launch at the Detroit Motor Show 2010 There’s been a fair bit of news on Cadillac’s performance halo car the CTS-V of late. We had Bob Lutz taking on all comers at the Monticello Race Track in New York for the CTS-V Challenge (which turned in to a one-make competition) and the ubiquitous Mt Lutz confirming that Cadillac will be making a CTS-V Wagon (Estate, to us). And now comes confirmation of the CTS-V Coupe.
