Super Rare Oem Fiat 131 Eager Beaver Decal Sticker - Brava Nos on 2040-parts.com
Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, United States
Incredibly RARE original NOS (New Old Stock) body decal from an obscure dealer trim package that was an add-on for the Fiat 131 wagon in the late 70's. Seeing this today, it is hard to believe that this was actually a Fiat sponsored option back then, but it was the 1970's, when we also had Levi's interior packages on some AMC(?) cars and some other very odd appearance items.
Anyway, I have a small supply of these available. They are still as originally packaged with a paper cover over the whole graphic, that's why the colors in the photo don't look so bright. You peel off the backing first, then apply the decal, then peel off the paper covering, leaving just the decal on the surface that you applied it to. I gently peeled the backing off of a corner of one and the decal adhesive still felt somewhat sticky. But, since these are 30+ years old, I make no guarantees as to their ability to still be used on the exterior of a car. Still, a really neat and fun item for the Fiat collector. Will you ever see them again?!? Overall graphic width is about 7" and height is about 3". Again, these are sold "AS - IS" due to their age. |

2010 Ferrari F1 Goodwood hillcimb (video)
Sun, 03 Jul 2011Marc Gene takes the 2010 Ferrari F1 (F10) up the Goodwood Hillclimb 2011 Goodwood is Disneyland for petrolheads, with the world’s greatest cars and greatest drivers wallowing in three days of high-octane worship at the alter of the internal combustion engine. Everything from classic road cars to the latest F1 machinery crowd in to this glorious corner of England, safe in the knowledge that they are among friends; no global-warmists here wagging a condemnatory finger. We’ll have a full round-up of the Goodwood Festival of Speed tomorrow – with a million photos – but as Ferrari has sent us video of Marc Gene taking last year’s Ferrai F1 (F10) car up the Goodwood hillclimb we thought it deserved some space all its own.
BMW Motorrad Concept 6 (2009) unveiled
Wed, 11 Nov 2009Yes, we know this BMW is a pair of wheels short of CAR Online’s usual offerings, but we couldn’t resist giving some space to this stunning straight six-powered BMW sports bike concept. Yes, you read that right - the BMW Concept 6 has a 1600cc straight six slung across the frame. Honda tried something similar for the CBX1000 in the 1970s but the idea never really caught on even if the true width increase over a contemporary four wasn’t as huge as your eyes would have you believe.
Road management proposals 'could save millions'

Roads Minister Robert Goodwill unveiled a consultation on turning the Highways Agency into a Government-owned company. In a statement to MPs, Mr Goodwill said the reforms would mean the creation of a "road user watchdog" similar to Passenger Focus on the railways.
