Terms and Conditions
Delivery of goods from our website is processed as efficiently and economically as possible to you the customer. Here at Pred8tor Services Ltd we utilise a number of courier services and companies to ensure that the best prices, fastest and most secure delivery methods are available. Orders are taken 7 days a week 24 hours a day 365 days of the year. However our opening hours for shipping and processing these orders vary. Except for major holidays such as Christmas Day, New Year and Easter Sunday our dedicated staff are always on hand to process payments, pack and distribute purchases without delay. Once an order is complete and payment received items will be shipped from our own stock, unless direct from manufacturer (in such cases items will be marked and detailed as such). Normally an order will be processed within 1 working day, but on certain occasions can take 2 working days especially if item has to be tested prior to shipping or built on site. Items such as Laptop Refurbished Motherboards are tested prior to shipping so are refurbished hard drives and memory. Other items that are Pred8tor branded for example like our own external Hard Drives or Media Players have to be built before dispatch, similarly so do custom build PC systems which can take extra time to build and will be marked as such on the product details above. Although we have these estimated handling times we try to get orders shipped same day if possible. Pred8tor Services Ltd will not be held responsible for problems or loss of monies for additional time taken to dispatch an item, under any circumstance. We will always do our very best to ship as speedily as possible.
Most of our products have free shipping which is by UK Mail and delivered last mile by the postman. Via UK mail express fully tracked and insured. Our Courier will not look into the package being lost or not delivered for 15 days after dispatch. When using and/or choosing these services the customer agrees to be bound by UK Mails terms & conditions and although we will do all in our power to track said packages we will always await UK Mail's 15 day limit before declaring an item lost or stolen.
We do also operate 24hr and 48hr courier services by UK Mail or DHL many of which are classed as Expedited services or Express services at checkout. Although 24hr/48hr courier is how the item will be shipped once packaged, customers must be aware of the handling times as stated above. We will try our upmost to get express delivery items shipped same day if order is received before 3pm but 1 working day handling time is standard. For example: ordering something on Monday at 12 noon express delivery, although we will try to deliver between 9am-5pm Tuesday handling times as standard may mean item under 24hr courier is not delivered till following day Wednesday. Other handling times may be longer so please read section above to be sure. Pred8tor Services Ltd will not be held responsible under any circumstance for losses or damages incurred for items delivered late. Please bear in mind we can only ship items with due haste but ultimately the courier services we use are in control of delivery speeds after dispatch these companies we have a close relationship with but have no control over. Our expedited Courier Services are undertaken by Royal Mail as Special Delivery (Next Day Service), Interlink Express (GeoPost), UK Mail and DHL. These services are all fully trackable from collection to doorstep along every step of the way and details of tracking will be placed on customer order pages as soon after shipping as possible.
International Delivery again Royal Mail and DHL are our two main courier service companies we use. Handling for international shipping is normally the same or 1 day longer than UK shipping. Prices vary on products and destinations so be aware and check shipping details and prices on item details or during checkout to be sure you are happy with amounts and correct services before completing your order(s).
Countries & Currency
Pred8tor Online Store Ships to most all EU Countries and many NON-EU countries (see checkout). If you find our checkout will not accept shipping to your country of residence, you can contact us via our contact page and request that we enable shipping to this country as an additional service telephone +44(0)1212275330. However management reserves the right to refuse shipping to certain countries and also to accept additional currencies. Prices are also subject to variation due to exhange rates. Our web design team and customer services always try to keep prices and exchange rates upto date, however all prices are calculated in GBP (pounds sterling). If exchange rates change significantly from publication, management reserves the right to refuse shipping unless additional fees are paid due to exchange rate fluctuation. In the event that a customer is not happy with the exchange rate calculation or additional charges that need applying since publication of relative product prices. Pred8tor Services Ltd will cancel said transaction/order and refund customer in full (where applicable). Fees may be chargeable. Use of this ebay store and checkout is acceptance by customer that they accept terms & conditions as set out by Pred8tor Services Ltd.
Returns / Refunds
At Pred8tor Ltd all our products (except for those clearly marked for spares/repair not working only!) have a 14 day RTB guarantee as standard unless otherwise stated. As long as the item is returned unopened in its original packaging in an unused and re-sellable state these will be accepted back into stock with a valid RMA. Delivery charges will not be refunded unless agreed prior to return by senior management and all expenses for returning the item to ourselves is to be paid by the customer this will also not be refunded unless prior agreement by senior management.All products that have been opened also carry a 30 day return to base warranty. After which time the manufacturers warranty takes effect (usually 1 year from date of purchase) unless otherwise stated. This applies for all "new" items except, laptop, PC, Mac & other electronic components. If the securioty seal of a hard drive, logicboard, motherboartd, RAM memory, processor or similar item has been broken, this item cannot be returned unless deemed faulty. Pred8tor does not allow nor sell its refurbished or new components for customers to use for testing purposes then determine it was not the hard drive at fault for example but another component and return said part after installation. under no circumstances our Pred8tor products to be used for testing, diagnostic or trial purposes. Any item used for this purpose will not be accepted back into stock and if security seal is broken then the manufacturers warranty takes effect. Once any product has been opened if it is not returned in a sell-able condition as NEW then a restocking fee will be charged usually 25%-50% of the items cost, but management reserves the right to charge more or refuse any refund if product is not in a state to be sold again as NEW. All return costs are responsibility of the customer and postage fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
If in the unlikely event your not happy with your purchase or you have purchased in error and just want to return the product within its 14 day RTB warranty, please contact us our returns department will be happy to help and issue you with a returns code RMA. Please do not ship items back with first getting an RMA from our returns department. Items received without an RMA may not be traced back to its original purchase or may not be logged back into stock. we will not be held responsible for items lost or missing that have been shipped back without prior authorisation and an RMA code. items received without an RMA may be refused back into stock and if accepted administration charges may apply.
Refurbished and Used Spares:
These items are tested prior to dispatch and security marked/etched to ensure correct part is received back if returned. Any internal component that has been fitted or damaged or does not carry the security etch will not be accepted back into stock under any circumstance. Please do not fit memory, CPU, Motherboard, Hard Drives, ODD and other internal boards, inverters and screens etc.. to test your laptop is working or whether that is the part that is faulty. Once discovered e.g. you order a graphics card because your laptop has a blank screen only to find the card arrives and screen is still blank after fitting so must be the mainboard/motherboard at fault. Once fitted we will under no circumstances accept these items back into stock. Our products are not to be purchased for testing purposes, once fitted into a faulty mainboard / motherboard the item may now be damaged or even the installation methods may have been at fault. Please only have components fitted by qualified technicians and only fit them if you intend to keep them. If in doubt about fitting we have our own fitting service by trained experienced technicians or can help you with fitting after purchase.
New Boxed Items
Returns on new boxed products, carry the same 14 day RTB guarantee as long as returned in an unopened unused re-sellable state. Software will not be accepted under any circumstance if seal is broken similarly games. If you have opened a product (not a software item) , the manufacturers warranty will then come into effect. If item is returned woking or not wanted within the first 30 days you the customer must obtain authorisation from our returns department who can be contacted by email click here returns@pred8tor.co.uk for an RMA code for return. After the 14 day RTB guarantee period and if the item has been opened a restocking fee of approx 25% will be charged for accepting the item if senior management agree the RMA. If item is returned due to being faulty or not fit for purpose after the14 day period we will send this onto the manufacturer via our supplier the item will not be replaced / refunded until our supplier/manufacturer have agreed either the replacement or refund of the original product. Please be aware this can take upto and over 30 days at times depending on the supplier/manufacturer's in question.
REFUNDS
Items that have been agreed to be refunded within the 7 day RTB warranty period will be refunded by the same method as payment was made for example if you paid by your debit card then the refund will be issued to the debit card that was charged for original purchase and no other. Shipping fees and return shipping fees will NOT be refunded under any circumstance unless prior agreement by our senior manager in the returns department. Payments accepted via post in cash, postal order or cheque will be refunded with a cheque made payable to the name on the order / original cheque received and no other. Please do not ask for cash refunds as refusal often offends! All refunds on cards are done via our secure checkout and handled by Paypal our merchant banker for card payment facilities at present. Any refunds after the 7 day RTB warranty period must have a valid RMA and be agreed by returns department once item is returned into stock. Only when the item is accepted back into stock (as re-sellable stock) will a refund be authorised a restocking fee of 25% plus delivery fees will apply at all times, unless otherwise agreed by a senior manager in returns or stock inventory departments.
