Porsche plans a hybrid in every model line
Mon, 18 Oct 2010Porsche is counting on hybrid drive to help reduce its fleet CO2 emissions. “In the future, we will have hybrid drive in every model line," development chief Wolfgang Duerheimer said. Earlier this year, Porsche launched a hybrid version of its Cayenne SUV.

So extreme is the One:1 that Christian von Koenigsegg has dubbed it ‘The world’s first MegaCar’, and looking at the specification he may have a point (it has 1 Megawatt of power). Experiment Proves A Testing Time For Experienced Drivers

Insurance company Direct Line wanted to answer that age-old question, and gathered 50 experienced drivers and put them through the standard driving test to find out. The result was that more than three quarters of them failed, with those that did recording an average of three serious or dangerous faults, with one participant committing 10 major faults.
