High performance adhesive – sealed in graphics that will never fade or wear off. Can be applied over paint and a clear coat can be applied over the decals as well. Installation The most important aspect of decal application is to make sure your tank is free of all grease, dirt, etc. A good solvent-based cleaner will do the trick. Once cleaned allow a minimum of five minutes before decal placement. Carefully align decals before removing the backing to familiarize yourself with placement then apply. Temperatures above 15 C work best. You can use a hair dryer to help shape the decal. Adhesive cures to its best bond strength after 24 hours – do not use bike until bond is cured. Toyota tests chips that improve hybrid efficiency by 10 percent
Tue, 20 May 2014Toyota announced on Tuesday that it has developed a new semiconductor, claiming it can boost fuel efficiency in hybrid cars by an impressive 10 percent. The semiconductors manage the flow of electricity through the power-control unit that connects the battery to an electric or hybrid car's motor and generator. The newly developed semiconductors are said to consume only a tenth of the energy of today's chips, while allowing the power-control unit to be 80 percent smaller.

Fri, 01 Apr 2011Bristol Cars - is it a Chinese Takeaway Earlier this month we reported the sad demise of the quirky and eccentric supercar maker that is Bristol cars, forced in to administration through a shortage of equally eccentric millionaires to buy their creations from another time. The good news is that they still look like a viable entity if they’re properly marketed, so we didn’t expect it to be too long before a buyer popped up and grabbed the Bristol Cars name, its Kensington showrooms and the handful of staff left. So we weren’t surprised to get an email this morning from China telling us the press there are reporting that the Xinjiang No1 Tractor Company – a State-owned maker of tractors (you’d never have guessed) – had snapped up Bristol Cars from the administrators.
