This unit came out of a retired OMC/Suzuki left over inventory.  This is off of a 1980's 40 hp suzuki motor that blew its power head. We drained the oil for shipping, ... no water or milky oil.  This shifts to all gears, and all shafts turn freely and smoothly.  These units are getting very hard to find.  Suzuki had some problems in the late 70's, the 80's and some 90's, where as they were almost impossible to get apart, to perform repairs without breaking many of the bolts!!  If you have to take a lower unit apart to replace some parts,  GOODLUCK!!! I believe this will fit other H.P. motors fthru the 80's, but I do not know which ones.  This has a water pump and housing, they are probably OK. In the last pic you can see the top edge of the housing where a small piece is chipped off.  This is just the edge, and will not affect the performance or the integerity of the unit.  Look at the pic closely, ask questions, measurements, etc before you bid. If you have a Suzuki motor that runs good, you better buy this unit and hide it under your bed  till you need it!!   "BUY IT NOW"   and I will put a new water pump in and ship it any place in the 48 states for $30.

Kia Cadenza (2009) first official pictures

Mon, 19 Oct 2009

Observant readers may notice more than a little Saab 9-5 at the front, while the side view hints at 3-series and Alfa 159-esque profiling as you follow the lines toward the rear of the car. The European theme even extends to the name: Cadenza is derived from an Italian musical term loosely meaning 'the elaborate flourish of a concerto'. Bravo.

Pumpkin-carving ideas for Porsche fans and other car geeks

Fri, 21 Oct 2011

As Halloween approaches, most of you are probably asking the all-important question: "What kind of cool, car-related pumpkin carving can I do?" The folks over at PorschePurist have the answer: a Porsche jack-o'-lantern. All you need is a pumpkin big enough for some detailed carving work, a template or two and a steady hand. We won't give away the rest, but a Dremel tool isn't a bad thing to have handy, either.
