Looking to make your next trip to Sturgis, Milwaukee, or Daytona more comfortable? The Deflector Screen is a unique first-time shield that is small and unobtrusive, but still has that custom look. Adjustable to fit a wide range of motorcycles.

ACRYLIC MATERIAL -- Includes brand names such as ICI Lucite® and Acrylite®. Acrylic is known for its crystal clarity that stands the test of time with UV stabilization that prevents yellowing. Many years ago, during the development of the clear fairing, National Cycle found that ordinary drill mounting methods caused stress cracks and eventual breakage of acrylic shields. That's why we developed and use our patented No-Hole Ballsocket™ system on all of our acrylic products

U-CLAMP -- The durable steel clamp and eyebolt system comes with patented Cup Spacers that snug the rod to prevent rotational movement. For rider and dealer choice, each kit includes both 7/8 in. (22mm) and 1 in. (25mm) clamps.

Fits 7/8 in. (22mm) and 1 in. (25mm) handlebars. 7/8 in. (22mm) and 1 in. (25mm) clamps in each kit. RakeAdjust™ pivot mount allows easy, no tool screen angle adjustment without moving the mounting hardware.

Wed, 13 May 2009

By Tim Pollard (artist's impression by Radovan Varicak) Motor Industry 13 May 2009 13:44 Audi will fit a refettled naturally aspirated 4.2-litre V8 to its secret new RS5, CAR can confirm. We had previously reported the RS5 would use a twin-turbo iteration of this engine, but a senior source has told us it will not feature forced induction. We’re told it’s the same high-revving engine that powered the outgoing RS4, albeit spruced up with the latest Ingolstadt know-how.

British team, trusty Fiat Panda set new Africa run record

Mon, 11 Feb 2013

The Fiat Panda driving team consisting of British rally drivers Philip Young and Paul Brace arrived in London today, setting a new record time for the 10,000-mile Cape Town, South Africa to London run in the process. With their time of 10 days, 13 hours and 30 minutes, the team managed to break two records: one for the Cape Town to London run and one for the run between the two cities (in either direction). The former previously stood at 14 days, 19 hours and 26 minutes, while the latter was 11 days, 14 hours and 11 minutes.

New Range Rover Hybrid targeted at Europe: Frankfurt 2013

Wed, 11 Sep 2013

The new Range Rover Hybrid (pictured) has diesel power to target Europe It’s not the biggest news at Frankfurt, but the arrival of the Range Rover Hybrid and Range Rover Sport Hybrid is big news for Land Rover, and for buyers running cars who are subject to taxation on benefits. Surprisingly, Land Rover has gone the diesel route with the hybrid, coupling the 3.0 litre diesel engine to a 46bhp electric motor which, when working together, offers the same sort of performance as the V8 diesel engine but with much better economy and emissions – 44mpg and 169g/km. Logic would perhaps have dictated that the new hybrid should have a petrol engine, rather than a diesel, as the biggest hybrid markets in the world – the US and China – have no real appetite for diesel engines.
