This right hand handlebar mounted on/off switch is in good working order and was performing as designed when it was removed. All of the wires are in place and there are no cuts or splices in them. The switch itself works and cosmetically the body is in ggod shape, with no cracks or scratches in it.

This part or parts came off of a 1997 Suzuki Katana, most 600 Katana parts interchange from 1988 up to and through the model year 1997. Also some 600 and 750 Katana parts were interchangeable but not all of them. Contact me with your year and engine size and I will try to help you out with parts interchangeability.  I will only take returns if the error is on my side, contact me first so we can resolve the interchangeability issue before parts are ordered.

This part or parts came off of a motorcycle from my personal stable, so I know it's history. If there is a part that I am not 100% sure works or performs as it should, I will not sell it unless I mention the problem when listing the part(s). If I do not comment on a problem, then there is not one that I am aware of. Having said that, these parts are in good working order but, they are not new.

If anyone has an issue with a part, please contact me and I will resolve it. I will package and ship for free in the lower 48 states of these UNITED STATES. Thank you.

Extra-long-wheelbase BMW 7-series rumored for 2016

Tue, 10 Dec 2013

BMW may be planning to field an extra-long-wheelbase 7-series after the current model is replaced for the 2016 model year, BimmerToday reports. The current-generation 7-series has been with us since 2008, though its replacement is almost around the corner, relatively speaking. And even though the current version does not offer an extra-long-wheelbase body style, one based on the all-new 2016 BMW 7 series may be in the works.

Toyota says Prius plug-in gets 65 mpg

Mon, 02 Feb 2009

Toyota Priuses with plug-in hybrid technology are averaging 65 mpg in combined gasoline and electric-mode testing. "That is real-world driving," said Bill Reinert, Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A.'s national alternative-fuel vehicle manager. "I ask my guys to drive them as you drive your normal Prius." By comparison, the redesigned 2010 Prius, a parallel hybrid with nickel-metal hydride batteries, will have an estimated 50 mpg rating.

One Lap of the Web: We missed April Fools'

Wed, 02 Apr 2014

-- Yesterday was April Fools' Day, a holiday known in some cultures as "April 1st." We chose to ignore the staid, unamusing fake press releases touting everything from Ford C-Max charcoal grilles to Audi sushi to BMW's annual efforts. ("The Ultimate Sleeping Machine" is what Web commenters will inevitably post in an effort to deride the upcoming 2-series.) But Petrolicious did a tasteful video of a certain moneyed purist's most prized vehicle, a car with all the panache, style, and passione that only its beautiful curves could convey. The folks at Petrolicious begged for a ride in this dangerously exciting speed machine, and by Jove, they got it.
