Aston Martin One-77 (2009): new video and cabin photo
Wed, 12 Nov 2008By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 12 November 2008 12:12 Aston Martin today publishes a second video of its uber-exclusive One-77 supercar – and we see the first glimpse inside the £1.2 million car's cabin. Watch the short film on our video player below to see official footage of Aston CEO Dr Ulrich Bez, design boss Marek Reichman and program manager Chris Porritt talking about the One-77. Porritt said the One-77 continued the tradition set by low-volume models like the DB4 GT Zagato – with craftsmanship that just wouldn't be possible on a V8 Vantage or DB9.

But in a sign that the future of JLR looks pretty rosy JLR managed to secure £175 million in private financing back in August as part of a bid to raise £500 million, and Tata have refinanced the loans used to acquire JLR.
College Exhibition: Coventry University Degree Show 2007
Wed, 27 Jun 2007Undergraduate students from Coventry University's Transportation Design program had their initial show in the end of May this year, but the range of projects was so vast that a selection of work from the annual degree show was then chosen and displayed in Coventry Transport Museum on June 15. Car Design News was there to see what had been selected. Inspired by the Alfa BT4B with which Niki Lauda won the Swedish Formula One Grand Prix in 1978, Stephan Everwin created a modern interpretation of the 'Fan Car'. Its rakish lines all culminate in a smooth aerodynamic shape that incorporates a huge fan between the rear wheels creating a massive vacuum under the car providing downforce at high speed.
