The 2010 Mercedes E Class Cabrio with AirCap deployed The next generation Mercedes E Class Cabriolet is due to turn up at next month’s Detroit Motor Show and go on sale in the Spring in the UK – just in time for some open-topped motoring as the sky clears and the sun starts to shine (or it pours with rain – global warming, don’t you know). Seat has unveiled its new IBL saloon and sports coupe crossover concept car, announcing that it is the next evolution of its design DNA. While the exterior of the IBL is understated, much emphasis has been placed on the design of the interior. Technology within the car displays information in three programs – ‘Travel' for relaxed driving, ‘Sport' for concentrated driving or ‘Efficiency' for focused fuel-efficiency of the plug-in hybrid drive.

Mercedes to set world drifting record at Brooklands

Mercedes are going after the world drifting record I can’t say we actually knew that there was a world record for drifting a car. But there is.  And Mercedes - and driver Mauro Calo – hope it will be theirs after this weekend.
