1) Delivery
1.1) Italian Motorbikes will dispatch the ordered items to the address indicated in the order e-mail
1.2) The ordered items will be dispatched through the services provided by Poste Italiane Spa. The items will be delivered according to the timetable indicated in the www.poste.it
1.3)  The items directed to desitinations outside the European Union will be dispatched by default through the Postacelere Internazionale service; the delivery time of items dispatched with different services will vary according to the destination.
1.4) Tracking services are not available for regular parcels ( Priority mail , Surface mail).

In Italy : shipment Registered letter or Paccocelere 3
Outside Italy: shipment Postacelere Internazionale
1.5) Italian Motorbikes disclaims any responsibility after the delivery of items to the carrier (damage, loss)

2) Price
2.1) All delivery fees, variable according to weight, dimensions and destination, are charged to the customer.
2.2) All prices are expressed in Euro.
2.3) All items are invoiced according to the price indicated at the time of purchase.
2.4) The items will be shipped only after receiving the payment.
2.5) The default form of payment is bank transfer or PayPal.
2.6) After confirming the order, the customer will receive the bank details of Italian Motorbikes.
2.7) Only payment in EURO are accepted.
2.8) Any other payment option must be arranged in advance with Italian Motorbikes.
2.9) All prices indicated in the Italian Motorbikes website include the 20% VAT tax.
2.10) Items dispatched to private customers inside the EU are subject to the VAT tax, while companies with a European VAT numbers are exempted.

2.12) Items dispatched outside the EU are subject to taxation by the local authority.
2.13) The rates of taxation vary according to each country and are applied when the items reach the country of destination.

3) Products availability
3.1) The customer will be able to purchase the products included in the Italian Motorbikes catalogue according to the quantity in store.
3.2) If any of the ordered items is not available, Italian Motorbikes will contact the customer and inform him about the time of availability.
4) Responsibility
4.1) Italian Motorbikes will not be held responsible for any disservice due to circumstances beyond its control like fires, explosions, accidents, strikes, lock-outs, earthquakes, floods and other similar events preventing the sale or the delivery of its products.
4.2) We deny any liability for any accident occurring during the use of the products we supplied. No remboursement or indemnity will be considered valid or due
5) Right
5.1) According to art. 5, Dlgs 22 May 1999 n. 185, the customer can assert his right of withdrawal; after 
returning the delivered goods, he will receive a refund.
5.2) Customers who, for any reason, are dissatisfied with their purchase, have the right to withdraw from the purchase, without any fee and without specifying a reason within 10 days from the day of delivery of the purchased good.
5.3) The customer will pay all the fees involved in the return of the goods, which must be delivered to 
Italian Motorbikes in the conditions of reception.
5.4) In order to assert his right of withdrawal, the customer must send a registered letter with return receipt containing a statement on the will of withdrawal, the customer's personal data, the invoice or receipt number, his bank details to: Italian Motorbikes c/o Pisani Andrea, Via Scrivia 6, Verona - Italy.
5.5) The will of withdrawal can be anticipated through an email to e-mail  ; this email might serve to speed up the withdrawal process but, for the sake of officialdom, a registered letter must be sent anyway.
5.6) Italian Motorbikes will accept the returned goods only if they are in the original conditions; 
in that case, Italian Motorbikes will refund the customer within 10 days from the reception of the registered letter.
5.7) The shipping fees and the expenses for the returning of the goods to Italian Motorbikes are not reimbursable.
6) Privacy
6.1) Personal data are collected in order to register the customer and activate the process of shipment and the related communications.
6.2) Personal data are digitally stored according to the regulations, and will be produced only after a 
request by the judicial authority or by other lawfully entitled authorities.

Nissan Design's Chief Creative Officer Shiro Nakamura met talk-show host Jay Leno in the latest of the ‘Jay Leno's Garage' YouTube series, chatting candidly about the possibility of a new 240Z within the next two years. Next year will be the 80th anniversary of Nissan and the new model would be a celebration of the occasion, taking the spirit of the 240Z while refreshing the original design and shape into what Nakamura hopes will be an exciting new product. Lexus LS TMG Edition We’re starting to think that Lexus has finally woken up to the fact that having some properly good performance cars in their range is a good idea. And the latest indication of that new direction is the very warm super saloon that is the Lexus LS TMG Edition, spotted lurking in a garage near the Nurburgring in between runs round the ‘Ring. The LS TMG Edition apparently sports a 5.0 litre V8 with 641bhp and 524lb/ft of torque, which will be enough to hit a 4.0 second 0-60mph and a top speed of around 200mph.
