SX PerformanceTM Model 15404 Fuel Pressure Regulator EFI Pressure Regulator Performance,
Relief Pressure Adjustment Range: 35-90 psi (atmospheric reference)
Maximum Relief Flow Capacity: 3.0 GPM
Inlet/Outlet Port Size 2x AN-6 (O-Ring Seal)
Return Port Size AN-6 (O-Ring Seal)

Connect and tighten fittings to the inlet and outlet fuel lines,
Connect the return line to the bottom return port of the regulator.
The bottom port (labeled return in figure 1.) must be used and is not
interchangeable with the inlet/outlet ports. The regulator must be
plumbed from this port to the fuel tank. The return line must be at
least 3/8" line size (-6) or larger, and plumbed using AN-6 union
fitting, or a reducer fitting from the bottom port of the regulator to the fuel tank
or cell. Avoid sharp bends and 90 fittings where possible. This would result in a
restriction on the return fuel flow and will cause the fuel pressure to remain high,
not allowing adjustment to the desired set pressure. 8. Coat the threads of the
boost reference/vacuum fitting with thread sealer (not supplied) and install it into
regulator port as shown in Fig. 1. Check for leaks around threads after curing.
Connect the vacuum line to the boost reference/vacuum fitting on the regulator if so
equipped. If no boost/vacuum reference is being utilized, leave the fitting or hole in the
 regulator cover open to atmosphere.

The Chevrolet Volt has been in the spotlight this week because of a NHTSA investigation into battery-pack fires, but the car still topped an owner-satisfaction survey. Tokyo Motor Show press days were this week, and you can check out our complete coverage here.

Mini John Cooper Works

By James Foxall Motor Shows 04 March 2008 14:42 So what's new on Mini's Geneva Motor Show stand? It was all about John Cooper Works at Mini with the firm showing off the most powerful version yet of its car in hatchback and Clubman forms. Impact was diluted by official pictures being released a couple of weeks ago but in hatchback form it's still a sharp looking sporty adaptation of the regular Cooper S.

Mercedes Ener-G-Force concept

Mon, 19 Nov 2012

The Mercedes Ener-G-Force concept is Benz’s answer to the 2012 LA Design Challenge brief to create the "Highway Patrol Vehicle 2025". As the name suggests, the large SUV is also a hint towards a future redesign of the classic Geländewagen G-Wagen/G-Class. Graphically this is most evident around the Ener-G-Force’s DRG with its dark mask incorporating deep-set lamps (here with ‘G’ lamp graphics), a surprisingly traditional Mercedes grille and characteristic fender-top turn signals.
