Model #AHJ4VDP This high-tech, high-speed, one piece design features an innovative Rod and Slot lift system to handle the stresses from the heaviest and most powerful V6 outboards on the market. All hydraulics are built into the jack, eliminating the installation of pumps and reservoirs inside the transom as well as hydraulic hoses running through the transom. The high-tech engineered polymer rods are 6 times more abrasion resistant than steel and are manufactured from self-lubricating material. Lifts from top to bottom in 8 seconds and installs in half the time of comparable jacks. Handles all outboards including the powerful Verado V6 motors.

Ford reaches agreement to sell Volvo to Geely for $1.8 billion
Mon, 29 Mar 2010Ford has reached an agreement to sell its Swedish brand Volvo to Chinese carmaker Geely for about $1.8 billion in a multinational sale expected to close in the third quarter of this year. The pending agreement was announced on Sunday morning, and Ford will continue to supply powertrains, stamping and other parts to Volvo after the sale. If it closes, the landmark deal delivers the premium Volvo brand--long a benchmark for automotive safety--to a Chinese firm that has ambitious plans for growth.

Even though one-occupant hybrid cars have lost access to the carpool lane, natural-gas-powered vehicles get to use it for another four years. Beginning on July 1, yellow-stickered partial hybrids were banned from HOV areas on the highways unless they carried the mandated number of people.
