***All Parts are IN STOCK, and ship next business day***

Most online sellers of new OEM parts do not stock much at all, and will have to order the part from the manufacturer, and THEN ship to you. This could take an extra 5 business days! When you buy from us, your part goes out the next business day!

We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday (or Tuesday in the event that Monday is a Holiday). Our shipping cutoff time is 9:00 AM Eastern. Orders placed after that time will ship on the next business day.

-------
Important Notes for our Valued Customers:

In an effort to keep our prices low, we have a very small staff in proportion to our high order volume. We and our families are very thankful to have so many new and returning customers. As we work to exceed the expectations of every customer, we must maintain a strict and efficient order processing system. To that end, we may not be able to fulfill some of the more time consuming requests, such as:

  • Requests for more photos. All parts listed as "Used" are functioning! Please be assured that each part is inspected by 3 different technicians before it gets shipped and any imperfections we notice will be easily visible in our photos, and also listed in the "condition description". If we miss something, we will make it right!
  • Requests for measurements. We have found that custom applications of ATV parts generally don't work out well, i.e. the parts usually get returned to us. As such, it is simply not an efficient use of our time to measure shocks eye to eye or measure the length of a cable. We must insist that the parts we sell be used on the vehicles for which they were intended. If the part you purchase does not fit your custom project, we will not accept a return.
  • Requests for order cancellation. Most of the time, your order is picked and packed very soon after your order is placed. Even though we may not have uploaded tracking information yet, we still have time invested in your order. Cancellations bring our highly efficient order processing system to a screeching halt. We have to unpack the item, void the label, wait up to 2 weeks for reimbursement from USPS, re-enter the item into inventory (both physically and in our computerized inventory management system), relist the item on eBay and check our eBay seller invoice to be sure the applicable fees were credited back properly. So, BEFORE placing your order, please be certain that you haven't just misplaced your drain bolt in your oil pan, and that your son hasn't switched off the handlebar kill switch, causing you to think you have a bad CDI box.

Please review our 15 years of great feedback & buy with confidence!

-------

We spend hours every day looking up part numbers for your reference, please spend 2 minutes on a quick internet search or call to your local dealer to make sure this is the part you need. If you can't figure it out - ask us! All returns due to buyer error (including failure to read the description / title, and failure to check part numbers) will be charged a restocking fee equal to 10% of purchase price OR our original shipping cost (whichever is greater).

Important Shipping Notes (All buyers please read!):

  • We require correct shipping information on your eBay account at time of purchase. No refunds will be given if you provide us with incorrect shipping information.

  • Providing us with only a PO Box will delay shipping on many items. If your item weighs more than 3 lbs, it will ship via FedEx or UPS. Since these carriers will not deliver to PO Boxes, PLEASE do not give us a PO Box if your item looks like it will weigh more than 3 lbs.

  • All arrangements for expedited shipping must be made prior to purchase. If you send us an email after checkout, informing us that you need your item by tomorrow, all you will receive by tomorrow is a refund. Failure to plan on your part does not constitute an emergency on our part.

  • All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization (RMA) number. Please contact us for this authorization, and for our return processing address.

OnStar 'ignition block' disables stolen vehicles

Tue, 21 Jul 2009

OnStar, General Motors' in-vehicle safety and communications system, has launched a service to keep car thieves from starting a vehicle that has been reported stolen. As of July 20, three stolen cars had been disabled by the technology, called "remote ignition block." The feature is available on select 2009 and 2010 GM models. Subscribers must report their vehicles stolen to police officials and request assistance from OnStar, which then sends a signal that prevents the car from restarting.

AW Design Forum: Style remains key as transportation systems evolve

Thu, 14 Jan 2010

The entire way Americans view transportation is going to change, predicts industry expert David Muyres, and designers will be key in making new methods of mobility desirable. Speaking at the AW Design Forum on Thursday morning in Detroit, Muyres said transportation needs to be looked at as a complete system, where cars, cities and technologies--such as the electrical grid--all interact. But for this to work, the cars need to remain exciting, said Muyres.
