MOT test scrapped for Classic Cars
Mon, 21 May 2012MOTs scrapped for Classic Cars The Department for Transport has announced it is scrapping MOT tests for cars registered before 1960. "The chariot of the gods," someone says; it's worth "two million, minimum," says someone else.
