Subaru BRZ tease & new Subaru Hybrid concept at Tokyo
Mon, 07 Nov 2011Subaru BRZ teased ahead of Tokyo We’ve seen speculation on the Subaru BRZ – Subaru’s version of the Toyota FT-86 – increase hugely as the arrival of the production version of the BRZ approaches at the Tokyo Motor Show in just a few weeks. The general consensus is that the BRZ will get something around 295bhp – after a Subaru spokesman said the BRZ will have ‘less than 300bhp’ – but we really have no idea how much more powerful the BRZ will be than the FT-86. 2015 Ram ProMaster City to join commercial lineup
Mon, 02 Dec 2013Ram has announced that it will add the Ram ProMaster City van to its commercial lineup for 2015, growing the range from six vehicles to seven. We've known that this vehicle has been in the works for years, but this is the first time a sales time frame has been released. Much smaller than the 2014 Ram ProMaster -- smaller even than that Caravan-based C/V Tradesman -- the ProMaster City will be based on the petite Fiat Doblo.
Judge dismisses dealers' lawsuit against Tesla's retail stores
Fri, 04 Jan 2013Dealers trying to block Tesla Motors Inc.'s retail stores in Massachusetts lost another round this week when a judge dismissed their lawsuit against the electric vehicle maker. In a ruling issued Monday, Norfolk County Superior Court Judge Kenneth Fishman said the Massachusetts State Automobile Dealers Association and other plaintiffs lacked standing to sue. It was the same reasoning the judge used in a November ruling denying a preliminary injunction against Tesla's suburban Boston store.
