Warfordsburg, Pennsylvania, US
This is a NEW reproduction Tailgate for a 1965-71 Dodge sweptline pickup, will not fit the step side/utline bed, this fits the regular wide bed. It is made with out the letters Dodge pressed into it. it will accept all of your original hardware , handle, latch and support strap.
It is made of 18Ga steel, the original was made of 16Ga steel . so this is a little lighter than original but still very strong. It is the same thickness that the original floor pan is made of and it is still thicker than most new tailgates. I can stand on it after it is mounted and it does not bend.
This part is 100% made in the USA by www.exlinecustomauto.com
