Overhauled in 2003 with new valves (both!) , new springs (all four), and new rings .  includes new gasket set.  By Premier Aircraft in Troutdale.  see yellow tag.
Very light surface rust on the OUTSIDE of the base.  REPEAT-----Outside only.   Bore is smooth and clean and still has a lite coating of oil.    One valve retainer has surface rust only.  seem like the bottom of the box got a little wet and the bag wasn't completely sealed.

Top Gear Skoda Yeti Helipad We thought that Top Gear had kicked in to the start of a new series – Series 16 AB (that’s ‘After Boring’ Top Gear) – when we had the Three Wise Men Christmas Special and the preceding Top Gear East Coast USA Road Trip. But it was a trick; nothing more than an hors d’œuvre for the new series. But Top Gear series 16 does start tonight – 8pm BBC2 (GMT).

Toyota proposing $1.1 billion unintended acceleration settlement in US

Toyota are setting aside an additional $1.1 billion to settle claims in the US of unintended acceleration in their cars. In the ongoing saga of unintended acceleration in the US caused by floor mats, Toyota has revealed it is to set aside an additional $1.1 billion to settle claims and fit new equipment to cars affected by the floor mat problem. Toyota are going to install a brake override system in 3.25 million vehicles, set aside $250 million to compensate owners who have already sold their cars, another $250 million for affected owners whose cars can’t get the brake override system, throw in a care plan  for parts related to unintended acceleration and throw $30 million at research in to car safety.
