This teflon pump bushing has the best characteristics of a babbit and a bronze bushing. Bronze bushings are very hard and very durable but they usually damage the converter hub before they wear out, a babbit bushing usually wont damage the converter hub but with a little bit of heat they become very soft and crush therfore failing and usually damaging the pump gears and body. This teflon bushing is as durable as a bronze but as forgiving to the converter hub as a babbit bushing is. These bushings are by far the best you can get!

The report, from transport research group TRL, recommends teenagers should not be allowed to take their driving test until they are 18, rather than the current threshold of 17. They would have to have a 12-month "learner stage" beginning at 17 with a requirement for at least 100 hours of day-time and 20 hours of night-time supervised practice.
