Porsche Panamera Hybrid: Geneva Reveal
Sun, 13 Feb 2011The Porsche Panamera Hybrid (click for bigger image) We’ve got to say, the news that the Porsche Panamera Hybrid (strictly speaking, the Porsche Panamera S Hybrid) is going to debut at the Geneva Motor Show in a couple of weeks time isn’t exactly a shock. After all, Porsche has made no secret of its plans to stick Hybrid gubbins in the Panamera; CO2 targets, and all that guff. But Web reports, first seen at www.plugincars.com, say the company laid off 50 employees, or 15 percent of its workforce, last week, mostly in the sales and marketing departments. Efforts by Autoweek to contact Coda have not been successful.
It seems the Range Rover Evoque Convertible is going in to production after all

And we were relieved when we heard just a few months ago that Land Rover weren’t going to push ahead with production of the Evoque Convertible after all. But it seems that report was incorrect, as What Car are reporting that Land Rover has actually approved the Evoque Convertible for production.
