Up for sale is 10 original dated 66-67 smog pump. Main body 5696211 back plate 5696132. Some of the shafts move and some don't all should be rebuilt before use. Some guys will clean and re-pack the bearings then they will remove the veins to make it a non-functioning system others buy these originals for the original date coded body and they purchase a re-built one and switch the body's and some just want a nice original core. Some back plates have elbows and some have straight nipples. I can separate and sell individual pumps for $50.00 plus shipping and can have either back plate design. Ford to reveal 'post-kinetic' design in Detroit
Wed, 03 Dec 2008It appears the NAIAS in Detroit will not be a complete wash in terms of new designs. Ford, for example, is poised to reveal the next phase in its global design language at the automaker's press conference on January 11th. According to J Mays, the automaker will unveil a new mid-sized vehicle which will 'be a big step in the global design DNA' for the company.

Owners have complained to federal safety officials and in online chats that Prius' upgraded optional lights, known as high-intensity discharge headlamps, have a tendency to fail.

As much as I love driving, I have to admit that I won't bemoan the death of the traffic jam. I'll happily give up the crowded freeways and city streets if it means cheaper gas and abandoned back roads.
