Tera Manufacturing was started in the fall of 1996 to meet the needs of the growing market for heavy duty off road equipment and suspension enhancements. TeraFlex was the first manufacturer to introduce a Jeep TJ Wrangler suspension system onto the market. TeraFlex has been professionally involved with Jeeps since the 1950's and our experience has taught us how to make them perform their best. Since the beginning of TeraFlex we have constantly added unique and innovative products to make our line what it is today. Other suspension systems also followed, and again we were the first to offer a suspension system for the Jeep WJ Grand Cherokee. Tera Manufacturing has also been an innovator in developing alternate gear ratios for the low range portion of production transfer cases from Dana Spicer and New Venture Gear Company. Tera Manufacturing was instrumental in working with the engineers at New Venture Gear Company to develop the current 4:1 ratio transfer case now in use with Jeep corporation for the rubicon edition TJ Wrangler. We are still the only aftermarket company to address the low range needs of the NV231 transfer case. With the increased demand for extreme duty axle applications Tera Manufacturing began manufacturing a new hybrid axle design that addressed the weak aspects of the Dana 60 High pinion differential. TeraFlexs' line of heavy duty axles have been designed to withstand all of the abuse and power that popular Rock Crawling competition events like UROC put them through. As a company we are known for our ability to take an existing product and enhance its usefulness and performance for specific needs off-road while retaining the drivability requirements that are necessary and essential for highway use. VW Eos BlueMotion Technology revealed
Wed, 06 Jan 2010The VW Eos Bluemotion launches in the UK A New Year, but still VW are rolling out new BlueMotion Models. This time on the Eos. The usual tweaks apply to give the Eos its BlueMotion status – regenerative braking, start-stop, hill-hold and a gear change light – but this is the first time (unless we’ve missed something along the way) that VW has utilised its BlueMotion toys on a petrol engine.

It's a glamorous 2+2, showing how Toyota's Calty design studio in California imagines a new sports car for the brand. However, all the indications at the 2012 NAIAS show are that it's more an ideas car - and a hint of future styling trends - more than a model bound for a Lexus showroom near you.
New Opel Monza revealed – sort of – ahead of Frankfurt debut
Mon, 08 Jul 2013Opel’s Karl-Thomas Neumann (pictured) reveals the first look at the new Opel Monza Last week we revealed that there will be a new Opel Monza at this year’s Frankfurt Motor Show in September, although much of the detail was educated guesswork. And even though Vauxhall has taken some off the wraps of the new Monza this morning, we’re still not really any the wiser. Vauxhall/Opel are calling the Monza ‘The Future’ of the brand and say it represents a vision of the company’s future and will have a long term impact on production cars.
