Citroen Cactus stars at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show

This spikily named show car is more than just a wacky concept - the Citroen Cactus marks the relaunch of the French brand's bread-and-butter cars. Sun, 16 Feb 2014The McLaren 650S (pictured) arrives a little earlier than McLaren planned Just a few days age we had the first tease for the new McLaren 650S, a car McLaren said was aimed between the existing 12C and the hypercar McLaren P1. We speculated the 650S would be a tweaked 12C with more power and styling tweaks, and that’s exactly what it is. Driving has managed to publish the first official photos this morning (albeit in fairly low res) and it’s clear the 650S is the 12C with a healthy does of P1 mixed in for extra appeal.
Parents ignoring school run safety rules
Fri, 16 May 2014MORE THAN a third of parents who drive their children to school think it is acceptable to stop or park on school safety zigzag lines, with a quarter admitting to doing so, according to research from AXA Car Insurance. Furthermore, 88% of school-run parents have witnessed fellow motorists stopping in the restricted zigzag area at least once a week. Zigzag lines prohibit waiting, parking or stopping for any reason during school run times, and yet only 17% of adults in the survey knew that.
