We only ship to your verified PayPal address and cannot change the address once your order is placed.

We try very hard to ensure that our auction items are accurately described when they are shipped. If an item proves to be defective upon receipt, it may be returned to us for a refund (minus shipping fees).

If for some reason you want to return a non-defective item, the refund will also be minus shipping fees AND it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee (applied to the winning auction bid amount).

All returns, if agreed upon, must be shipped back within 15 days of the auction close. Returns attempted beyond that period will be rejected.
