  • This is made to replace old flapper style scuppers to help keep the deck on your self bailing boat dryer
  • Twist off cap design for easy clean out includes a set lock screw to avoid coming off when in use
  • Meets ABYC standards. Large exit hole allows up to 70% more drainage than competitive styles
  • Neutral buoyancy ball seals to help keep water from backing up into the boat.
  • The unit is 3" overall wide (mounting screws not included) This model is made to fit drain holes up to 1 1/4". It has several pre drilled hole patterns on the flange to accommodate most hole patterns

Chevy introduces two Silverado SEMA concepts at Texas Fair

Chevy used last Friday's State Fair of Texas to introduce two buffed-up pickup trucks prepped for SEMA. The first, based on the Silverado Double Cab with the Z71 package, was for fighting fires; the other, a Crew Cab 4x4, is for top-secret Black Ops missions (??- ED.) Chevy This pickup carries equipment, water and fire extinguishers. According to Chevy, the Silverado Z71 Volunteer Firefighter concept honors the service of “first responders” while showing off the pickup's work credentials.

2015 Audi A8, A8L and S8 unveiled ahead of Frankfurt Motor Show debut

At the upcoming Frankfurt motor show, Audi will announce a new A8 with more powerful engines, lighter-weight construction, new assistance systems and Matrix LED headlight technology. Audi says the new A8 will put the German automaker among the innovation leaders in the luxury class. It cites as an example the short-wheelbase A8 3.0-liter TFSI's 4,034-pound curb weight, best in class for all-wheel-drive models.

EDITOR WES RAYNAL: This 2011 Honda CR-Z is a nifty little scooter for commuting. Don't know that I'd want to drive one to Seattle, but for buzzing around town it's ideal. The styling is a little crazy.
