NEW master rebuild kit and RV Low 1250 RPM stall torque converter for the 1968-up TH400. This kit contains all Borg-Warner clutches and "Steel plates." Make sure you get a kit with steel plates. The cheaper ones don't have them and you "will" need them. Also included is a Transtec soft parts kit with every rubber seal and gasket that you'll need to complete your rebuild. The kit comes with a new filter, and a front and rear bushings. This kit also comes with the front and rear band which not all kits include, but should always be changed. The kit comes with everything that you'll need for a full rebuild including a new converter. Remember to soak all of your clutches in tranny fluid for thirty minutes before you install them. Audi buys Ducati. Trophy or shrewd investment?

Last month we reported that Audi has entered in to an exclusive agreement to buy Ducati, pipping Mercedes to the trophy super bike maker and adding a trophy to its cabinet. And the deal is now done.

Since March 2002, de'Silva has been Head of Design at the now discontinued Audi brand group. There, in addition to supervising the Audi brand design, he was also in charge of Seat and Lamborghini.

Ma was formerly Vice President of Design for Changan, a position he held for a year before resigning.
