Ultimate Street Car Association opens registration for 2014 season

Registration is now open for the first event at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. Those of you who picked up any tuner mag from the last six years will remember the Optima Ultimate Street Car Invitational, which played host to some incredible cars -- and demonstrated an overwhelming bias toward Camaros, it turns out.
Used car sales return to pre-recession levels

Now, according to figures released in the latest BCA Used Car Market Report, used car sales hit 7.1 million last year, outpacing new car sales by 6.4% and, even more crucially, returning to pre-recession levels. Unlike much of the rest of the world, the UK is not getting the more compact Prius C. Instead, we have a much better option – the Toyota Yaris Hybrid – which we now know will cost ‘under’ £15,000.
