Thermo-Tec 14110 48" X 48" Cool-It Mat  Item Description Use the Cool-It Mat to battle excessive heat and noise that penetrate the driver compartment through the firewalls and floorboards. It is also perfect in doors, under hoods, and above transmission housings. The Cool-It Mat is composed of resin-bonded silica blanketing insulation sandwiched between a mylar facing on one side and a foil facing on the other. The highly-reflective mylar reflects heat away from surfaces, while the foil side is orientated away from the heat source to conduct any penetrating heat across its surface thus providing the ultimate in heat protection. Nissan recruits Champions League football stars
Wed, 13 Aug 2014NISSAN has gone football mad ahead of the new European season, recruiting as brand ambassadors two of the finest talents to grace the 2014-15 Champions League. The Japanese firm is sponsoring the competition this year, and has secured the services of Brazil's captain of Paris Saint-Germain Thiago Silva and the Barcelona and Spain midfielder Andrés Iniesta, who himself has won three Champions League titles. Dubbed Nissan's new 'Engineers of Excitement', the firm says in a press release that the players “will help the Japanese car manufacturer in its campaign to introduce new innovations to enhance the football fan experience.” They will feature in a series of TV adverts focusing on how innovation is key, both on and off the field, to creating excitement for football fans and drivers.
Fireworks man cleared over M5 crash
Tue, 10 Dec 2013A FIREWORKS CONTRACTOR in charge of a display held on the night of a massive motorway crash in which seven people died and 51 were injured has been cleared of breaching health and safety laws. A judge directed a jury at Bristol Crown Court to find Geoffrey Counsell, 51, not guilty of a single charge of failing to ensure the safety of others contrary to the Health and Safety at Work Act. The charge alleged that Mr Counsell, of Ashill in Somerset, failed to ensure he operated the firework display so as to ensure, as far as was reasonably practicable, that others who might be affected were not exposed to risks to their health and safety.
