THH uses a high tech aviation grade lamination process to make composite. The fibers are pre-coated with resin and pre-tensioned before weaving to insure complete contact on every possible surface for maximum stress transfer and dispersion. Fibers are laid with precision for thickness, uniformity and for specfic directions loads. The assembly is heat cured under pressure to virtually eliminate traditional air bubbles, blisters and dry spots that usually weakens the structure. The final product is stronger and much lighter than conventional hand laid and vaccum bagging methods.
