- International Shipping:
We have been trying to keep a low shipping rate for both domestic and international customers, but after we found certain international customerstrying to scam the system, we have to use the shipping category with a complete tracking system, thus inflating the international shipping rate for all customers. We have also excluded those countries with a high rate of suspecious scamming from our international delivery destination.
Duty is not included in shipping and handling. Buyers are responsible for their countrues' import customs clearance
- Domestic Lost Package:
Occasionally your packages could be screwed up by a carrier, like the package tracking shos the package is in one location and lost the tracking for a while. Most of these cases the carrier will deliver the package later on, but unfortunately the delay will occur. In this situation we will send you second package under two circumstances:
1) It has been 20 days after carrier acceptance of your package. We will send you second package withour any cost from you. But you need to reject one of these two packages. If not we will report you to eBay and block your ID from our store.
2) It has been less than 20 days after carrier's acceptance of your package, but you cannot wait more and need the item at once. We will send second package with your payment first, and we will fully refund your second time payment when we receive one of the two pacakges rejected by you or if the lost package shows un-delivery tracking for 30 days.
