TILTON 7.25" CARBON CARBON RACING CLUTCH WITH APPROXIMATELY 0.0110" WEAR IN THE STACK OF PLATES IN EXCELLENT USED CONDITION. THIS CLUTCH COMES WITH TWO ADDITIONAL PRESSURE PLATES. PLATE A IS PLUS 0.0270" AND PLATE B IS PLUS 0.050". THE TILTON MEASURING TOOL IS ALSO INCLUDED. This clutch is designed for very high hp and torque racing applications, however it was only used in vintage racing with a 3 L motor that had about 280 hp and under 175 Lb/ft of torque. It is in excellent used condition and shows very little wear. Titlon's new price is between $4,000 and $6,250 depending on specific options. I paid over $5,000 for this clutch when new. Add $30.00 per $1,000 for insurance.

Ariel Atom 3.5R police car joins UK Constabulary
Thu, 05 Jun 2014We never pictured the Ariel Atom as a police car, but now that Ariel Motors has actually equipped one with all the appropriate police gear, it makes perfect sense. It's light, it's highly visible, it's relatively cheap to run on a daily basis and it's wickedly fast. Ariel Motors has teamed up with the Somerset Constabulary in the south of England to equip an Atom 3.5R, which features a 2.0-liter 350-hp engine from the Honda Civic Type R, with the necessary police gear.
