You are bidding on a new Timing tool kit w/ DV socket for a Dodge Cummins with the inline P7100 fuel pump.  These pumps came stock on 1994 to 1998 Dodge trucks.  This kit allows you to set your injection pump timing in relation to crankshaft TDC very precisely.  The factory method of setting the timing is very crude and you may be surprised how far off your truck is from where it should be!

This kit will also allow you to confidently bump your timing a few degrees to gain some mpg out of your truck and actually pay for the cost of this kit in fuel savings!

Timing tool kit comes with the following:

-1" dial indicator (in 0.001" increments) - Allows you to use the dial indicator for other uses as well (checking gear backlash, finding exact TDC, checking piston to valve clearance, etc)

-Adapter to mount the dial indicator in the fuel pump #1 barrel (after removal of the #1 fuel line and delivery valve)

-Extension for the dial indicator

-Timing gear puller

-DV Socket

-Timing chart for all models of P7100 fuel pumps with corresponding lift values (in inches)

-Detailed instructions on how to properly time your engine and a phone number in case you have any additional questions.

Will ship to Canada and overseas as well.  Contact me for details.

McLaren 650s Configurator goes live

Sun, 09 Mar 2014

The McLaren 650S Configurator The new McLaren 650S arrived at the Geneva Motor Show last week – and as the 650S Spider too – and looks, and performs, far better than the 12C. That seems to point to the McLaren 12C being allowed to whither on the vine as McLaren’s customers opt for the new 650S instead of the 12C – even with a price difference heading towards £20k – although officially you can still buy a 12C (although we hear 12C production has been halted). We hear McLaren have already built a number of 650S models and now they’ve even got the 650S Configurator up on their website so customers – and dreamers – can spec up their new 650S.

New Honda NSX takes to the track (video)

Sun, 04 Aug 2013

The new Honda/Acura NSX (pictured) hits the track The new Honda NSX has been a decade or more in the making as Honda vacillated over whether or not to revisit their supercar odyssey with a a new NSX for the 21st century. But having shaken off the self-imposed shackles that made them believe a new Honda supercar in these more austere and ‘Green’ times would be anathema, Honda are finally powering forward with a new NSX. True, they’ve decided their new NSX needs to be’Green’ to be good, but the green-ness Honda are throwing at the new NSX actually gives it more power too, so we’re not complaining.

Porsche 911 Turbo S (2010) revealed +video

Mon, 08 Feb 2010

Porsche has revealed the 2010 911 Turbo S - sales start May. Porsche has a habit of sticking the ‘S’ badge on the back of its Turbo cars as a Special Edition or run-out model. It did it with 993 and 996 911s, but this time the 997 Porsche 911 Turbo S is to be a stand-alone model at the top of the 911 tree.
