4)      We ship directly from our very own warehouse and do not use outside parties to fulfill orders. Customers are amazed at how fast we respond.  Buy with confidence, we will have the lowest price for the brand you want.

5)      Each product is inspected before shipping.

6)      Customer assumes all responsibility for proper installation.

7)      We will only issue refunds for the following circumstances, NO EXCEPTIONS:

A.      Your product arrives damaged or an incorrect part was shipped and we are unable to exchange the aforementioned product for the correct part.

B.     We do not issue refunds for said product until it has been returned back to us for our own inspection.

C.      Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.  If an item was shipped with free shipping and returned, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from any refund

8)       Shipping Policies

A.      Each item is shipped UPS ground (2-5 days) unless specified otherwise.

B.      We do not ship on weekends – if ordering after 4:00 P.M. Friday, please expect to see shipping information that following Monday.  Though if you purchase an item on a Friday night or Saturday morning and it ships USPS Priority Mail you may be pleasantly surprised.

C.      We do NOT ship to unconfirmed mailing addresses.  If ordering an item that will be shipped UPS, please be aware they we will not ship to a PO Box.  In most cases we will catch this and contact you, but this is the customer’s responsibility.
