FAQs
1.  Will I need a booster/repeater?
A.  It varies, every vehicle is different and some shorter RVs require a booster whilst some longer ones do not depending on construction, monitor location, etc.  We generally recommend that you buy a system without a booster to start with as it is easy to add a booster later if you are not getting the range.
2. What is the range of the sensors?
A.  Again it varies from rig to rig as noted above.  We have customers with 45' motor homes and towed vehicles who are receiving fine without booster whilst other have required a booster.
3. Will the sensors affect the balance on my wheels?
A.  It is extremely unlikely as these sensors are the lightest on the market.  We have not had any customer mention a problem with tire balance from our sensors.  Some sensors from other manufacturers are considerably larger and heavier and could possibly affect balance.
4. How easy is it to add air to my tires?
A. As easy as removing the valve cap.

If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to ask.

New Porsche 911 Speedster reportedly in the works

Tue, 12 Nov 2013

When European-car importer Max Hoffman suggested to Porsche that the American audience might like a cheaper, open-top version of the company's 356, Stuttgart responded with the Speedster. And while every Porsche partisan is a special snowflake -- some love road-going racers like the 904, others can't imagine life without a roof-rack-equipped 912, others go gaga for anything with a legit, lift-off Targa top, and some folks just really, really, really love 924s -- the Speedster's the light, lovable kid brother for which any fan of the marque has a measure of affection. Porsche knows it, and as such, they've introduced limited Speedster models of every 911 series since the 3.2 Carrera -- except for the oft-maligned 996 (which is still loved by its proponents, IMS-bearing issues aside).

Concept Car of the Week: Toyota EX-III (1969)

Fri, 09 May 2014

The Toyota EX-III was presented at the 1969 Tokyo motor show, alongside the EX-I and EX-II concepts. It was by far the most advanced and portrayed a Japanese answer to the American and European dream machines. Just like its smaller sibling, the EX-1, the mid-engined EX-III was designed 'for the increased safety and comfort that tomorrow's high-speed travel will demand,' said the brochure.
