Motor City to Mile High: Chrysler and Mopar sponsor cross-country rally

Chrysler and Mopar are taking fans on an adventure, or a MoVenture, as they call it. The company is hosting a scavenger hunt across America, beginning on July 15. The road rally begins in Detroit and ends in Golden, Colo., at the Mopar Mile High NHRA Nationals, which runs July 22-24.

Lexus' LF-NX mid-size crossover concept, which debuts next week in Frankfurt, explores the possibility of a future model in the carmaker's range that would take on the Range Rover Evoque and Audi Q3. The concept previews another evolution of the ‘L-finesse' design language and features angular design and a front that's dominated by the huge spindle grille as well as Lexus' signature front light arrangement. Like the Lexus IS, the arrow-shaped DRLs are separated from the headlamps, while the front corners separate the bumper from the front wings with a sharp vertical line.

Subaru chose the Bologna Motor Show for the debut of the UK-spec WRX STi, which unlike the 2.0-litre Japanese model we’ve driven, uses a 2.5-litre engine. It’s still a flat-four ‘boxer’, but emission regulations, and some premium pride, mean the larger capacity engine continues in the UK.
