International orders are shipped via the United States Post Office, using either First Class or Priority Mail. Import duties, import taxes and customs clearance costs are the responsibility of the buyer, so do not ask to falsify customs documents.

RETURN POLICY

Damaged in shipment or Defective items: Contact must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Please email us a picture of the damage or defect, we may be able to ship a replacement or issue a refund without a return of the item. USA shipping addresses: We will mail a pre-paid return shipping label for the item. Upon receipt of the returned item, an exchange or refund will be issued. International shipping addresses: Upon receipt of pictures of the damage a refund or a replacement will be sent. Shipping, import duties, import taxes and customs clearance costs are not refunded.

Other returns: 30 days from receipt of merchandise. 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns that are not defective or broken.
