Toyota FT-86G concept (2010) first pictures
Mon, 18 Jan 2010This is Toyota’s FT-86G, the second concept in quick succession from the Japanese car manufacturer that previews a rear-wheel drive sports coupe coming in 2011. Unveiled at the Tokyo Auto Salon, the latest FT-86 show car has a sleeker and more aggressive look, after the more rounded and shapely lines of the concept revealed at the 2009 Tokyo motor show. The looks are the major departure, with the new lines giving the 'G' a much sharper set of metalwork.
Wild weather forecast to herald 2014
Tue, 31 Dec 2013PARTY-GOERS out celebrating the new year may well avoid a drenching tonight, but further rain and gales are expected to herald the start of 2014. Thousands of people across the UK are still recovering after storms last week caused widespread misery, with power cuts and flooding ruining Christmas for scores of families. And forecasters say there is more bad weather to come, with the Met Office issuing a severe weather warning for rain on New Year's Day, affecting southern England and western Scotland.
Dusting off chavs in a 1963 Jaguar Mark II 3.8
Thu, 24 Jun 2010The guy in the baseball cap with the gold sticker still on the peak glanced across and registered nothing. Content in the thought that he did not need to worry about the old-fashioned chrome laden crock next to him, the lights turned to amber and he drew his elbow in through the window as the glow of blue LEDs emanating from under the sills launched down the road, followed by the un-silenced sound of French chipped distress.
