Local pickup may be arranged for a nominal fee and can be picked up in one of our three drop off locations.

POLICIES:

Refunds are given if pre-approved; used items are sold as is and no refund can be given. We will exchange new items if it is defective or misshipped. All returned items must be returned unused in their original packaging and a restocking fee up to 30% may apply.

We do not refund shipping and handling charges or any other unforseen charges.

Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours. If insured a refund will be given after insurance claim has been settled with the original shipping company.

All items are shipped from our warehouse within 3-7 business days AFTER payment has cleared. International orders can take longer to ship and we will ask for up to 10 business days to ship your item to an international address (please do not buy if you are unable to wait). After that you should allow for transit times by carrier. Please check your ebay record and the messages tab for shipping confirmation and tracking number before emailing us. If you cannot find a tracking number in your ebay record for your purchased item from us then please email us your name, address, and item number and we will forward one to you. Some items are longer ship items due to factory build times or manufacturing runs. Please note this in auctions before bidding. Jeep OEM style parts are great replacements for your stock Jeep parts. While we we try to keep all items in stock they are ordered in bulk and from time to time can be on order status. If your item cannot be shipped in the time frame on the auction we will notify you via email. Again some items take longer to ship and if you cannot accept the time frame you can have a complete refund.

The performance division of Fiat have stuck a bigger turbo on the Punto EVO which ups the output to 165bhp and drops the 0-60mph time to 7.7 seconds. But economy and emissions don’t seem to suffer with the EVO managing 47mpg and emissions of 142g/km.

We’ve had the latest version of the Jaguar XJ in for review – the LWB 3.0 litre Diesel Portfolio with Sports Packs – to see how the XJ is maturing. It’s getting on for two years since we had the first Jaguar XJ in for review, and almost three years since we first saw the new XJ at the Saatchi Gallery in London, almost a year before Jaguar managed to get their new range-topper in to showrooms. In between we had a long-term XJ in for review which was with us for four months and proved to be far more reliable than the early car we had in – which did have problems – and a car we covered most the UK in with almost nothing in the way of hiccups.
