This is a brand new Top Race Performance Premium Reinforced clutch release bearing. All TRP HD release bearings are constructed with high-strength billet steel casing and high-temperature grease to ensure highest performance and durability. All TRP heavy-duty clutch release bearings are designed and manufactured from ISO/TS 16949 and 14001 certified facilities to provide defective free and high quality products. We have managed to find a durable material so that the plastic hooks do not break like most release bearings do. We study carefully the different compounds that we out together and ensure no breakage.

With the launch of Gran Turismo 6, Mercedes took the opportunity to build a one-off version of the Mercedes AMG Vision Gran Turismo Supercar, and took it off to the Los Angeles Auto Show to sprinkle a bit of Gran Turismo fairy dust on proceedings. There are no plans by Mercedes to build the stunning looking AMG Vision Gran Turismo, but that hasn’t stopped Florida company J & S Worldwide Holdings from stepping up and offering a short run of recreations of the car. J & S are advertising their take on the AMG Vision Gran Turismo on James List and say they are going to build just five cars – 2 for Europe, 2 for the Middle East and 1 for the USA – and say they’ve already sold one.

General Motors will unveil a European concept car built on its radical new E-Flex platform at September’s Frankfurt Motor Show. The concept will feature radical styling, with a diesel engine acting as a generator for the concept’s electric motor. And General Motors is believed to be collaborating with urban electric scooter manufacturer Segway; the unnamed concept may be able to carry one or more of the £4000, gyroscope-controlled devices for use in town once you’ve parked.

If you look at the Freelander 2 and compare its style to its modern rivals – such as the Audi Q5 – it looks a bit staid and frumpy. But change your perspective just a little and it becomes a convincing interpretation of an urban Land Rover. It’s bigger then its predecessor – taller and wider with an extra 4″ in the wheelbase – and it feels a much more grown-up vehicle than it was.
