This specific configuration was used in the 1962-1964 Max Wedge cars, 1963 Chrysler 300-J, 1964 300-K, 1966-1971 Street HEMI 426 and 1970-1972 440 Six Pack cars. Excellent condition, used, H.P. TF-727 complete kickdown servo assembly having one 20 lb. tension “inner” release spring; this is the lightest KD servo release spring tension Chrysler used. The combination of KD servo release springs and the quantity of release springs in the front clutch drum help determine the quality of the “2-3” shift. Various combinations of KD servo release spring tensions were used in production Torqueflites over the years; other combinations of release spring tensions that Chrysler used in various applications were 45 lb., 65 lb. and 90 lb. We can supply any combination necessary. This complete servo assembly is an upgrade for  any “non”-H.P. 1971+ Torqueflite 727’s having Chrysler’s “controlled-load” (softer, modulated shifts) servo assembly.
