TOURMASTER Venture pants liner.  This thermal liner is made of padded, quilted polyester.  It connects by zipper to the inside waist of a pair of Tourmaster pants.  There are grippers at the bottom of the legs to keep the liner from riding up.  There's a spandex panel at the crotch, and two more spandex panels, one above each knee area.  Each leg has a zipper that runs from the cuff to above the knee, on the outside.

The waist measures 35", and the inseam is 27".  The actual size designation is not known.

Condition is excellent used:  Clean, near-zero signs of wear, no tears / rips / stains.  The zippers work well.
