New Toyota Aygo looks appealing: Geneva Motor Show

The new Toyota Aygo (pictured) looks an appealing City Car The final part of the PSA/Toyota City Car trilogy has been revealed in Geneva with the arrival of the new Toyota Aygo – and it looks the most convincing of the three. Toyota seem to have hit exactly the right note with the new Aygo’s look, which looks fun, funky and appealing with plenty of options to customise the already appealing looks. The dramatic X-Theme going on at the front sets the Aygo apart from the C1 and 108 and the pagoda-style profile, rear spoiler and window graphic that extends in to the rear light clusters make the Aygo look bigger and bolder than it is.

The Mini Clubman is one of the most interesting - but polarizing - car designs on the market today. The first generation 'new' Mini was a big success for BMW, despite having been such a huge leap from the original Mini design in so many ways. With the second generation Mini following the first very closely, it now falls to the new Clubman variant to push further what a 'Mini' can be.

Infiniti to sell luxury EV in 2013

Infiniti plans to launch its first luxury electric vehicle in the United States and other global markets in 2013. Nissan Motor Co.'s luxury division said Friday that the Infiniti EV will be “a stylish, high performance five-seat luxury vehicle with zero emissions technology.” Infiniti first announced plans to market an electric vehicle last year but offered few details until now. It will be based on the same platform as the Nissan Leaf, an electric car scheduled to go on sale later this year.
