10.9 grade!    Yes, you CAN find some  less costly head bolts.  You will hunt for awhile to find anything better.  We WILL combine to save you money if we can, request an invoice and I will recalculate any savings.  Note eBay charges sales fees on the shipping cost now also, so using the invoice request  can save us both a dab of hardearned.

At THIS price you can't chance the old fasteners if they appear suspect,  this ONE part is a KEY to long service life.  Plus our set of bolts is stronger than stock, tested inhouse to prove that, reusable over and over.   CHECK your factory head bolts carefully because those are a good part also, if no corrosion, necking, or thread damage, those are just fine  and also reusable and you can save your hardearned.  If damage is present, you HAVE to replace them, trust my 55 years in this business on that one.

+++.

{INSTALL TIP! Very lightly oil the threads, spin them ALL the way in and out with simple finger pressure to assure the block threads are clean and free.  Check EACH hole for debris in the bottom, this is fairly common and a MAJOR source of concern.   Sometimes the debris is hard and crusty, difficult to discern, be certain! Assure the end alignment dowels are down far enough, especially if your head or block has been resurfaced.  Install and torque in SEQUENCE, using three stages to 30#, then 40#, then final.  RETORQUE right after the first complete warmup, 90% of the time nothing moves, but when it does you just saved yourself an extra days work doing the job over.}

S/H adds $12.35  USA lower 48,  shipping in a hard shell case.  Paypal is fine,   call 503-257-7947 weekdays if you have questions or are unsure of your application..

If international or other areas, please email for shipping cost.

Combine with our other items for reduced/combined recalculated shipping costs..When purchasing more than one item to combine, please send a request for an adjusted invoice., I will save you S&H if I can.

Formula Drift readies for 10th anniversary

Wed, 31 Oct 2012

Just two weeks after selling more tickets than ever at its 2012 season-ending event at Irwindale Speedway in Southern California, Formula Drift announced special 10th anniversary plans for the coming 2013 season. “It's crazy,” Formula Drift co-founder Jim Liaw said of the series' and sanctioning body's first 10 years. “It's kind of gone by in a blur.” That would be because it went by sideways.

Mazda RX-8 facelift (2008): first official pictures

Sun, 13 Jan 2008

By Ben Pulman First Official Pictures 13 January 2008 10:47 Mazda’s facelifted RX-8 arrived at the Detroit Motor Show, and it’s more of a mild nip and tuck than a drastic overhaul. Mazda hasn’t suddenly dropped in a V6 or anything like that – so far over 165,000 rotary-engined RX-8s have been sold and Mazda doesn’t want to mess with a recipe that works. That means it’s still a four-door, four seater with 'Freestyle' (suicide to you and me) doors, and a unchanged 1.3-litre turbine engine available in 189bhp and 228bhp states of tune.
