Warranty Exchanges / Defective Items | | - We will exchange any defective merchandise for the same item, as long as our standard return procedure is followed within 30 days of delivery. Professional installation is recommended, as items damaged by improper or failed installation attempts cannot be returned or exchanged.
- After 30 days the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with a warranty exchange.
- Special-order items cannot be exchanged unless there is clear evidence of a legitimate manufacturing defect, and the defect is verified by our quality control department.
|
| Shipping Damage | - If you receive a damaged item, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. (Damage claims can only be submitted to the shipping carrier within seven days of delivery.)
- Describe the damage and email photos. We will then submit a shipping damage claim to the carrier. We will reship your order or refund the purchase as soon as the claim is approved and paid, which may take up to four weeks. (You may want to place a second order for the same items while waiting for the carrier to process the claim.)
- You must keep ALL packing materials and package contents until picked up by the carrier for inspection. Do not return the item to us without prior authorization, or the claim may be rejected by the carrier.

The Audi A3 (pictured) gets a new 181bhp TDI and LED headlights
It still seems astonishing that car makers can match really quite powerful performance with almost parsimonious fuel consumption, but modern turbo diesels and high pressure fuel injection are delivering seemingly silly combinations of performance and economy. Like the 2.0 litre diesel Audi are now offering in the new A3. The new 2.0 litre diesel, which is now available on the new A3 and Sportback (with the A3 saloon to follow) – gets a very decent 181bhp and 280lb/ft of torque, which is enough to hit 62mph in just 7.3 seconds.

A new record price was set at Pebble Beach this weekend when the 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB/4*S NART Spider pictured here became the most expensive Ferrari ever sold at auction. That isn’t the same as saying it’s the most expensive Ferrari ever, but the NART Spider is an extraordinarily special piece of Prancing Horse history. Join us as we explore what makes this particular car so important, and take a closer look at one of the most valuable cars in the world.
