Initial Inspection:  Please inspect merchandise at the time of receipt. Any problems including claims for shortages must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

Returns:  All returns require a return authorization or the return will be refused.  All returns must be received within 30 business days of receiving your shipment. 

All items must be returned unopened, unused, as originally received, and in a re-sellable condition. Refunds will be issued once product is received and verified.  You must insure the return against damage.

Labor, installation, and shipping costs are not refundable. All returns can be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Order Refusal: If you refuse an order that has been shipped to you, it will then fall under our standard return policy. Any round trip shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Refused packages can take up to 21 days to be processed.

Order Cancellation: We will make every effort to cancel or change your order however we cannot guarantee a cancellation regardless of date of request.  If your order or part of your order has already been approved or is already in the process for shipping, then your order cannot be cancelled. Although this concept is badged Prototype-S, this is the five-door version of the latest Lancer, and it will be launched in autumn 2008. Here's our first look at the new Mercedes E-class Cabriolet, unveiled at the 2010 Detroit Auto show. It's the fourth addition to the E-class range, and as with the latest E-class Coupe, the new drop-top replaces the old CLK. The new E-class Cabriolet shuns a hard-top and continues to favour the more traditional folding fabric arrangement - the hood can be opened or closed in 20 seconds at speeds of up to 25mph.
