Suzuki adds 50 Cent to Super Bowl ad

Earlier this week, Suzuki revealed its Super Bowl ad, and on Thursday it released a final version that now includes music by rapper Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson. Strate College in Paris, France, has been working on a Peugeot-sponsored project for the past few months. The project asks 30 students who have been divided into 10 groups to create the exterior design, an interior design, any related products (including accessories or new services, for example) and color and trim details for the premium Peugeot for the year 2030 Though there are no constraints on the technical package, the brief stipulates that the teams must create a scenario that illustrates global change, and design a vehicle that fits into this future environment. Designers from Peugeot have been very active in the process, guiding students in weekly critiques and assisting them with specific knowledge in key areas of expertise.

2014 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra recalled

General Motors is recalling nearly 22,000 units of the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra full-size pickups because the seats may move in a rear-end crash. The recall affects 21,721 Silverados and Sierra Series 1500 vehicles; 18,972 in the United States, 2,575 in Canada, 103 in Mexico and 71 exports. These vehicles have manual front reclining seatbacks that may fail to meet a federal safety requirement for performance when struck from behind.
