Peugeot 308 RCZ concept

These are the first pictures of the Peugeot 308 RCZ concept car, scheduled to make an appearance at the upcoming Frankfurt Motor Show. Based on the forthcoming 308, the 308 RCZ is a 2+2 coupe - in the same ilk as Audi's TT. Nissan offers interactive shopping for smartphone users on sales lots

Nissan is putting Quick Response codes on its vehicle price stickers so shoppers can use smartphones to read up on cars as they peruse dealership lots. With the "On Vehicle Graphics" system, QR codes are available to provide extra decision-making information that is easily accessible via popular mobile devices. The codes are available to act as a "silent salesperson," starting with vehicles for the 2012 model year.

Small but safe: the Fiat 500

The 500's score of 35 points puts it ahead of cars like the Mini and Renault Clio while the 500’s closest rival, the Renault Twingo, only achieved four stars in the latest tests. The 500’s 35 points bettered the Twingo’s 28, as did its 14 point to the Renault’s 11 for pedestrian safety (though both ratings are equivalent to two stars).
