The 2014 Alfa Romeo 4C will serve as the official safety car at the 2013 World Superbike Championship, which will be taking place at Silverstone this weekend. The last time Alfa Romeo fans got a glimpse of the 4C was just a couple weeks ago at the Goodwood Festival of Speed , but at Silverstone the car will be wearing a stylish white matte livery with red, white, and green colors from the Italian flag on its roof and hood. Citroen to revive iconic DS badge

Citroen will revive its legendary DS badge for a new range of near-premium models, industry sources said. The French brand will unveil plans for the new DS range on Wednesday, when the carmaker launches a global rebranding campaign. A concept previewing the first DS-badged model, a DS3 small car, will debut at the Geneva motor show in March.

Joining the established GS 450h in the range early next year, the GS 300h promises highly impressive CO2 emissions of 109g/km from its 2.5-litre full hybrid powertrain. That could deliver significant savings compared to its key premium market diesel and hybrid competitors, the GS 300h SE could represent an annual saving of up to £2,000 per year.
