Here is a neat kit for you folks who wish to do a freshen to your 1985 to 1995 2.4L SOHC 22R/22RE engine found in Pickups and 4Runners, and in the 1985 Celica. This kit contains: 1. A full set of premium Rock piston rings, your choice of std, .020", .030" or .040" to fit your stock bore size or already oversize bore. 2. A complete Rock Bearing set, mains, rod bearings, thrust washers, choice of std, .010" .020" or .030" undersize to fit your stock or reground crankshaft. 3. A full set of Rock gaskets, containing our steel faced "Slipperplate" head gasket, all the rest of the engine gaskets and premium Viton oil seals. 4. A NEW Rock oil pump. 5. Our TKS900S/R heavy duty timing kit, with the steel driver's guide and heat treated fastners and all related fully heat treated gears, full roller double swedged chain, OEM tensioner.. 6. Sat, 16 Feb 2013Ahead of a reveal of a concept version of the Toyota GT86 Convertible at the Geneva Motor Show, the soft-top GT86 has been spied Almost a year ago we learned that a Toyota GT86 Convertible was in the planning after Toyota’s chief engineer, Tetsuya Tada, revealed that the GT86 (and therefore the Scion FR-S and Subaru BRZ) were designed to be a convertible from the start. Shortly after that revelation, we saw the first glimpse of a future GT86 Convertible in the shape of the Scion FR-S Speedster at the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach, an officially sanctioned speedster version of the GT86 created by Iacona Design and Cartel Customs. Most recently, Toyota revealed that they are taking the the FT-86 Open Concept to next month’s Geneva Motor Show, a car that looks to preview an almost production-ready GT86 Convertible, which could arrive in production guise before the end of 2013.
