You are bidding on one genuine OEM Toyota Sienna 2nd row cloth headrest in the color gray. This also has the tilt adjustment on it. It is in excellent used condition. No stains or rips. This comes from a smoke free vehicle. To my knowledge this will fit 1998-2003 models but it came from a 2003. Ensure it will fit if you are buying it for a model other than a 2003.

The change will reduce power to the engine when both the throttle and brakes are pressed at the same time.
